Seed Yogurt

Seed Yogurt: healthy, easy, satisfying and … different
In Europe, seed is just another flavor of yogurt you can buy in individual disposable cups and seed yogurt is very popular.
On a small boat, where space for trash is minimal, you’re better off buying large tubs of unflavored yogurt and adding your own flavors via jam, juice, honey, coffee, chocolate, and … seeds.

Unlike the sugary, fruity varieties, seed yogurt is nutritious, filling, and gives you something to sink your teeth into. Try it!
For each serving mix together:
- 1 cup Cabot’s Greek Yogurt (the best, smoothest, tastiest)
- 1 TBS roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp honey, more to taste
You can add other seeds as desired, sesame, sunflower, pine etc. If you haven’t discovered the fun of experimenting with exotic flavor combinations, this is a great first waypoint on your voyage.
